3. Cancellation Policy

Transactions on vtuadda.com are processed instantly. Once a payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled. There are no recurring subscriptions on our site that require ongoing cancellation.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure where a payment was debited but you did not receive access to the purchased resource, please contact us at contact@vtuadda.com with your transaction reference. We will ensure your access is granted or coordinate a resolution with the payment gateway.
