Copyright & DMCA Policy

Last Updated: January 12, 2026

vtuadda ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains our policy in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

User-Contributed Content

A significant portion of the study materials on vtuadda is contributed by our user community of students and educators. While we make efforts to monitor content, we cannot verify the copyright status of every uploaded file. We operate as a service provider and rely on copyright holders to notify us of any infringing content.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on our site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please provide the specific URL(s)).
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

The easiest way to submit a takedown notice is by using our dedicated reporting form:

Go to the Copyright Report Form →

Alternatively, you can send your complete DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email: copyright@vtuadda.com.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content that was removed is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your locality, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by the Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed content may be replaced in 10 to 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
